My health and fitness journey...
I started getting into fitness during sixth form at the age of 17. which then continued when I was in university but it was nothing too serious until I got my first job after university as a sales membership officer in Fitness First.
as I was around personal trainers who were very serious about helping other people be fit as well as themselves it was inspiring to see. however when I left fitness first I was jobless for about 8 months and going to the gym was the only thing that made me feel like I have purpose.
during my fitness journey I always wanted to be muscular and I even bulked the wrong way like a lot of people do but I learnt from my mistakes and understand nutrition and training a lot better now.
